About our products
Currently
we mainly sell 14Kt Nickel-Free Gold products. Our products are made in
house and are usually made to order. All products labeled as 14Kt Gold
is 100% 14Kt and is Not in anyway Gold Plated or Gold Filled, this
includes light weight and heavy weight 14Kt gold products. Nickel-free
means there is no nickel in the gold. Any other product not described
as 14K is not 14K and is as described, such as our silver toe rings.
Our light weight products are essentially hollow in nature. We offer
light weight products for customers who can't afford the heavier weight
products who want to save more or who simply like the light weight
feeling. If you can afford it we do recommend you buy the heavier
weight products as they are more sturdy and higher in quality. On a
scale from 1-10 we would rate our light products as having a quality of
7-8 and our heavy weight products a quality of 9-10. Your light weight
product will last so long as you treat it with care. Our white gold is
really white colored gold with rhodium plated. We do it this way so
that we don't introduce the items with any nickel and to keep cost down
by not having to use the high cost of palladium. Almost all well
finished white products are rhodium plated finish because even with the
white alloys mixed they still have a yellowish tint. The beautiful
rhodium finish gives the piece a bright shinny look and is almost
impossible to tarnish. The coat of rhodium will not chip off and will
last for years. The rhodium will eventually fade after years, when it
does we will gladly re-polish and re-plate the item making it look like
new for a small fee of $3.00 plus shipping. We guarantee you will be
satisfied with the quality of our merchandise.
Shipping Information:
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
For domestic we ship via USPS Post office methods and UPS.
For international we ship via USPS Post office only.
Orders
take anywhere from 1-10 business days to ship. We say business days
because we do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. Average shipping
time is 3-7 days after the day the order was placed or processed. We
usually do not ship out the same day or next day of the order date
because most orders are made to order and customized and need to be
manufactured and finished before they are shipped. During Christmas
time orders may take longer than 7 days to ship. We recommend you place
orders for big holidays at least 2 weeks early.
If you need
faster than normal shipping you must call us at 954-757-7887 to make
arrangements. We will make every effort to have the items completed and
shipped out by the specified date in which the customer wishes. There
is no extra charge for this service, all you need to do is call us and
let us know. Emailing or leaving a comment at checkout may not be
enough because we may not see the order or email till the next day. So
please call us at 954-757-7887 if you need the special attention.
Cancellation
All orders must be canceled within 24 hours of order time. To cancel please call 954-757-7887.
Returns
All
of our jewelry comes in a sealed bag and must be returned unopened. Any
sealed bag that has been open will not be returnable. We do not accept
returns on any worn body jewelry due to sanitary reasons or customized
body jewelry. We only accept returns for unworn sealed standard sized
jewelry. There is a Restocking fee of 15% and shipping costs are not
reimbursed.
Standard sizes are as follows: Captive bead, Seamless, Segment rings:
sizes 18 gauge 1/4" - 3/8", 16 gauge 5/16" - 7/16", 14 gauge 5/16" -
5/8". All barbell styles: sizes 18 gauge 1/4" - 3/8", 16 gauge 1/4" -
1/2", 14 gauge 5/16" - 1/2" (9/16",5/8" only straight barbells).
Belly Rings: 14 gauge 5/16"-1/2"
If your item does not fall in the size ranges then it is considered a custom size and therefore is Not returnable.
Exchanges
Only
unworn jewelry in original sealed bags are exchangeable. All standard
sized jewelry are exchangeable. Customer needs to pay for cost of
shipping back to them. Custom sized body jewelry that are still in it's
original sealed bag are exchangeable but will have a fee of 25% of the
item price and a minimum fee of $5.00, whichever is greater.
Return/ Exchange Procedure
All
returns/exchanges must obtain an RA number. To obtain an RA number call
954-757-7887 or email us at support@gracebodyjewelry.com.
Returns and exchanges are to be made no more than 10 days of receiving
order. Once you receive an RA number you must ship the package back to
us with it's original jewelry box and bag. Ship the package back to us
using either first class mail or priority mail. Ship back to
MFC/"your RA number"

is very important you write the RA number outside the package and make
it clearly visible. If there is no RA number seen on the package we
will assume it is unauthorized and the package will be returned to
sender, no questions asked.
