GREAT Customer Service!! March 31, 2010 Reviewer: Christina Boyd from OH United States   I have placed orders several times with Grace Jewelry and I truly love their products.  I just ordered replacement screw balls for this particular item and made a mistake on the gold color.  I immediately called in and they corrected my order for me.  There was a slight cost difference and they said not to worry about it that it wasn't worth them submitting it and paying the fees.  That is great customer service and I will definitely order from them again!!
